Day 50: you decide

  • STOPTake the Blueprint
  • BUILDTurn the Design Into Reality
  • OPERATEMake Agentic AI an Ongoing Capability
Your business context of people, data, systems, SOPs, knowledge and workflows flows into the Agentic AI Octopus Factory, which combines software and architecture building blocks, the Octopus body of knowledge and AI-assisted engineering, to produce customer-specific Agentic Intelligence. On Day 50 you choose to stop, build or operate.

Choose your Challenge

Six ways to start.

Every Challenge is scoped to one well-defined problem. Pick the one closest to yours, or tell us you're not sure and we'll help you choose.

  • DISCOVER

Where Should We Use Agentic AI?

Where can Agentic AI create measurable business value?

    The problem
You know AI matters, but not where to start or what to avoid.
    Typical outcome
Prioritized use cases, security considerations and a Crawl → Walk → Run roadmap.
    Ideal for
Leadership teams under pressure to act on AI without a clear first move.
    Choose DISCOVER
  • DESIGN

    Design My Agentic AI Architecture

What should the architecture, requirements and engineering plan look like?

    The problem
You know what you want to build, but need requirements, architecture and a handoff.
    Typical outcome
Requirements, agent and tool architecture, security architecture and an AI-DLC engineering handoff.
    Ideal for
CTOs and product owners preparing to fund or staff a build.
    Choose DESIGN
  • BUILD

    Prototype My Agentic AI Idea

Can we demonstrate the idea with a tightly scoped prototype?

    The problem
You need to see the idea work before funding a larger implementation.
    Typical outcome
A limited demonstration of one use case, architectural findings and a production roadmap.
    Ideal for
Teams that need evidence for an investment decision. A Challenge prototype is not a production system.
    Choose BUILD
  • SECURE

    Assess My Agentic AI Security

Can the system be trusted, governed, audited and constrained?

    The problem
You are already building or operating Agentic AI and need to know where it is exposed.
    Typical outcome
Agentic AI threat and risk assessment, identity, tool and autonomy review, and a remediation roadmap.
    Ideal for
CISOs and security architects responsible for AI already in motion.
    Choose SECURE
  • UNIFY

    Unlock My Data Silos

How can fragmented data and knowledge become usable intelligence?

    The problem
Useful intelligence is scattered across systems, documents, SOPs and teams.
    Typical outcome
Source inventory, retrieval and grounding strategy, access boundaries and a phased plan.
    Ideal for
Operations and data leaders. The Challenge designs the path; it does not migrate all enterprise data.
    Choose UNIFY
  • THEO

Design My Corporate AI Intelligence Layer

How can employees use a secure intelligence layer grounded in the organization?

    The problem
You want an assistant grounded in your SOPs, knowledge and approved systems.
    Typical outcome
A blueprint for a corporate intelligence layer: ask questions, assist employees, then act under policy.
    Ideal for
Organizations that want their own assistant. Theo is the reference concept; you choose the name.
    Choose THEO

How the 50 days work

One method behind every Challenge.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

Understand the business problem, users, systems, data, SOPs, constraints and success criteria.

  2. Step 2

    Design

Define requirements, architecture, agents, tools, knowledge, identity, authorization and human approvals.

  3. Step 3

    Demonstrate

Where practical, demonstrate one key concept. The demonstration type is agreed in the SOW.

  4. Step 4

    Secure

Every Challenge includes baseline security analysis. Security is not optional.

  5. Step 5

    Roadmap

A Crawl → Walk → Run plan with priorities, dependencies, risks and the recommended next engagement.

Why $5K is possible

You’re not paying us to start from zero.

The Factory brings three things to every engagement. Customer-specific work is then applied on top of them.

Software & Architecture Building Blocks

Reusable software, reference implementations and architecture patterns, so we do not rediscover the fundamentals on every engagement.

  • Agent orchestration
  • Operational context
  • Knowledge grounding
  • Secure integrations
  • Governed tools
  • Decision intelligence
  • Human approval
  • Action playbooks
  • Audit records
  • Model and cloud abstraction

The Octopus Body of Knowledge

Accumulated research, threat models and practices from the Octopus book series. You are not paying us to start learning these topics on Day 1.

  • Prompt injection
  • Excessive agency
  • Poisoned knowledge
  • Agentic AI identity
  • Least privilege
  • Human-in-the-loop controls
  • Tool security
  • Trusted action
  • Governance
  • Auditability

AI-Assisted Engineering

AI-DLC and AI-assisted engineering accelerate the work. Experienced human judgment remains responsible for architecture, security and recommendations.

  • Research
  • Requirements
  • Architecture analysis
  • Threat modeling
  • Documentation
  • Prototyping
  • Test generation
  • Engineering handoff

What a Challenge answers

Decision-ready, not a slide deck.

  • Is this opportunity worth pursuing?
  • What should we build?
  • How should it work?
  • Can we demonstrate the key idea?
  • How should we secure it?
  • What does engineering need?
  • What should happen next?

Typical deliverables

  • Executive findings
  • Business requirements
  • System requirements
  • High-level architecture
  • Agent and tool architecture
  • Data and integration map
  • Security architecture
  • Threat and risk assessment
  • Prototype or demonstration
  • Implementation roadmap
  • AI-DLC engineering handoff
  • STOP / BUILD / OPERATE recommendation

The exact deliverables for your Challenge are defined in the SOW.

What if our project is bigger than the Challenge?

We will either narrow the scope or propose a different engagement before any work begins.

How are scope changes handled?

Through the documented Change Management Process: identify, document, estimate, approve in writing, then change.

Submit your Challenge

Tell us the problem.

We'll review your request to confirm it fits the $5K / 50-Day model. If it does, you'll get a short proposal and SOW. If it's bigger, we'll say so and suggest how to narrow it.

1. Choose your Challenge
2. About you
3. Your challenge

Submitting a request does not start an engagement. EcoSec WorX reviews each request to confirm fit; work begins only after a written SOW is accepted.
